Chief Guest Shri. Naveen Raj Singh IAS., graced the occasion with his presence, along with Shri. Sathyanarayana , Chairperson - Para Athletics, Shri. Jayawant G.H, Secretary General PCI, Shri. Chandrashekar, Vice President - PCI, Shri. Sangwan, Vice President PCI, inspiring the athletes and spectators alike with his words of encouragement and support.
