Online Meeting on 17th August 2023 - preparations for Hangzhou Asian Para Games

Dear Federation Members and Chairperson STCs.

Greetings from the Paralympic Committee of India !

You all are requested to make it convenient to attend the online Meeting on 17th August,2023 at 10 am with regard to the preparations for the upcoming Hangzhou Asian Para Games.

 Following points will be covered in the said Meeting :

• Briefing of the CDM Seminar attended by Secretary General, PCI
• Resolving the queries / concerns of the Chairpersons and the Concerned Sports Federations
• Road Map for Media and Social Media
• Ceremonial / Sports Kit preparation
• State wise participation details
• Any other matter of concern of Para Athletes / Chairperson / Sports Federations participating in the above said Games.

The Meeting shall be attended by the President and Secretary General PCI.

The PCI Official from the APG accreditation team will also be available to answer the queries related to the accreditation.

Zoom link will be shared on 16th August, 2023 to enable you to attend the said meeting.

You all are requested to attend this important meeting or nominate a responsible official from your federation who can take up the matter with regard to the participation of the Indian Team in the Hangzhou Asian Para Games.
